Adam Cegielski Chairman, Director
Mr. Cegielski has over 20 years of experience in the venture capital industry ranging from mineral exploration, technology, health care and education. He started his career developing an industrial mineral project in Uganda that he later sold to Rio Tinto. Mr. Cegielski was the founding director of Cayden Resources, which was sold to Agnico Eagle Mines for $205-million.
He is the founder, CEO & director of Binovi Technology Corp, a neurotechnology company driving higher levels of human performance through the use of Binovi technology.
John Eren Chief Executive Officer, Director
Mr. Eren is a corporate development advisor with 20 years of professional experience financing premier resource companies and has been instrumental in the raising of considerable risk capital for Canadian & US publicly listed companies.
From 2004 to 2024, Mr. Eren was a senior member of companies such as Gold Line Resources Ltd., which was acquired by First Nordic Metals Corp., Crystal Exploration Inc., the shell company that subsequently became Thesis Gold Inc., Auryn Resources (now Fury Gold Mines Ltd.); Akkese Madencilik Ltd. (Turkish-based subsidiary mining company of Auryn); Keegan Resources Inc./Asanko Gold Inc. (now Galiano Gold Inc.); Cayden Resources (acquired by Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd. for $205-million); and Stratton Resources Inc. (now Torq Resources Inc.). Mr. Eren holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Laurentian University.
Rakesh Malhotra Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Malhotra is a United States Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Canadian Public Accountant (CPA, CA). Mr. Malhotra has over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance and internal controls, including senior management positions in publicly traded and private companies and serves as the Chief Financial Officer and as a consultant to various public companies listed in both Canada and the USA.
Mr. Malhotra graduated with a bachelor of commerce (honours) degree from the University of Delhi and obtained his CA designation in India.
Steve Cope Director
Steve Cope has 15+ years experience in the mining sector. He has worked in corporate development for Orko Silver Corp, First Nordic Metals Corp., Orex Minerals Inc and Timmins Gold Corp. His responsibilities with these companies have covered a wide range of areas including financing companies, project evaluation, investor relations and mergers and acquisitions.
Chris Beltgens Director
Chris Beltgens has over 15 years of investment, business development and corporate finance experience and he currently serves as President and Director of Somerset Energy Partners, a private Texas-focused oil production company.
